At the residence Le Roc Noir, the ski lifts are conveniently located right at your doorstep, ensuring effortless access to the slopes. Furthermore, the residence boasts a selection of amenities and services to enhance your stay. Take a dip in the swimming pool or let the little ones splash around in the paddling pool. Stay active in the fitness room or stay connected with high-speed fibre Wifi. Rest easy knowing there's parking available and take advantage of the laundry service and ski lockers equipped with boot dryers.

The apartments

Residence Le Roc Noir offers a range of spacious and well-equipped apartments spread across four floors, with some apartments featuring a duplex layout. Designed for comfort, these apartments provide all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a hairdryer.

To accommodate larger groups or families who desire more flexibility, some apartments feature connecting doors located in the living rooms. This allows you to come together and enjoy shared spaces while still maintaining your privacy when needed. For added convenience, an elevator serves all five floors of the residence, making it easy to settle in and move around.

Families with young children will appreciate the thoughtful provisions made by Residence Le Roc Noir. Travel cots and high chairs are offered to ensure a comfortable stay for your little ones.

Resort/district

The Roc Noir residence is located in the heart of La Rosière. Thus, you will have ideal access to the slopes and the ski area of the San Bernado area. This area is international, linking La Rosière and the Italian resort of La Thuile. You can enjoy an area of more than 150km of slopes, accessible for beginners and the most experienced.

Cancellation conditions

As soon as the reservation is made, €150.00 will be charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 30% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 30 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
