Located at an altitude of 2300m, the ski resort guarantees exceptional snow coverage. The apartments can accommodate up to 14 people and you also have full access to the Balcons de Val Thorens spa and wellness centre.

At the Balcons de Val Thorens residence, conveniently located just 600m from this accommodation, you can enjoy the culinary delights of two exceptional restaurants: the Auberge des Balcons de Val Thorens and La Cabane. The Auberge des Balcons de Val Thorens warmly welcomes you with its charming Savoyard-style ambience, where you can savour tasty regional dishes. At lunchtime, you also have the option to eat outside on the terrace, which offers direct access to the slopes. On the other hand, La Cabane boasts a uniquely decorated setting and offers a sophisticated dining experience. Prepare to be transported as the chef expertly crafts exquisite mountain-inspired dishes and meticulously prepared recipes.

Only 600 metres away in the Balcons Spar you can pamper yourself in its amenities, including a hot tub, a children’s pool, a hammam and a sauna. The residence Les Balcons Val Chavière is located at an altitude of 2300m, in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area. In addition to Val Thorens, you will have access to the resorts of Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Orelle, Les Menuires, and Saint-Martin de Belleville with a 3 Valleys pass.
Cancellation conditions
- €60 in fees will be charged for any cancellation.
- Between 30 and 22 days before the scheduled arrival: 25% of the total amount in cancellation fees.
- Between 21 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival: 50% of the total amount in cancellation fees.
- Between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival: 75% of the total amount in cancellation fees.
- Less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount in cancellation fees.
