The Lys Martagon residence is located in the heart of the authentic village of Val d'Isère.

In the heart of one of the most beautiful and renowned resorts in France, you have the opportunity to experience a total and magical immersion in the mountains of the French Alps. With activities nearby and the ski slopes just a few steps away, it's the perfect opportunity to discover the mountains and their little pleasures.
The residence welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and offers you a decoration combining authenticity and modern comfort. In short, French elegance.

Catering area

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen to allow you to enjoy delicious homemade dishes.
In keeping with the high-end service and service offered to you, the residence offers to deliver your groceries directly to your apartment and even breakfasts on request. A buffet is also available in the Everest hotel opposite the residence to allow you to start the day off on the right foot.
Finally, for a special desire or to discover the local cuisine, its tasty dishes and learn more about the mountain typicalities, the residence offers you to reserve a table in one of the best restaurants in the resort.
You also have the possibility to book a private chef for the week.

The residence has what you need. Indeed, some apartments have a private Nordic bath on the terrace, to allow you to relax in complete privacy and this at any time of the day.

The apartments

Featuring a modern and elegant decoration, the apartments and penthouses are real cozy nests, designed for your comfort and well-being.
They all have a fully equipped kitchen and all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of your stay.
A special desire? Do not hesitate to let the Resident Manager know who will do their utmost to meet your expectations.
The apartments and penthouses measure between 107 and 170m² and can accommodate 6 to 10 people maximum.

In each apartment you will find: Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, raclette machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron & board, hair dryer, safe, cleaning products, 4K television, wifi access, beauty products by Codage, luxurious linens (towels, sheets and bathrobes).

The residence is nestled in the heart of the Val d'Isère resort. It is only 350m from the ski slopes and ski lifts, it is ideal to take full advantage of the Val d'Isère - Tignes ski area. More than 300km of ski slopes and guaranteed snow, you couldn't dream of better!
Many outdoor activities or not are available nearby. The ice rink for example is just a few steps from the residence. For young and old alike, the resort is full of activities to discover!
