Resort/Village

The residence is located 10m from the slopes and 20 metres from the resort centre where you will find plenty of amenities. Les Menuires is part of the famous 3 Valley ski area and an ideal place to holiday for winter sports enthusiasts. You can explore 600km of slopes linking Saint Martin de Belleville, Courchevel, Méribel, Les Ménuires, Brides Les Bains and La Tania.

Cancellation conditions

Between 30 and 21 days before the date of arrival............................... 25% of the total amount of the stay.
Between 20 and 14 days before the date of arrival ............................. 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Between 13 and 07 days before the date of arrival ............................. 75% of the total amount of the stay.
Less than 7 days before the arrival date and no-show................... 100% of the total amount of the stay.

Practical information

Check in: Arrival on Saturday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. (no arrivals at night). In case of unforeseen, please contact the residence.
Check out: before 10 a.m.
Deposit: €300 (cheque or credit card) + €50 (cleaning deposit)
