This apartment is in a recent building, constructed in the traditional chalet style, well situated in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort, between the ski lifts and the main shopping and restaurant street with an internal lift to both. Entry is via a lift or stairs from both upper and lower entrances. Its 91m² surface area can sleep 8 people, in 4 bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms. It is fully centrally heated. The apartment is soundproofed and very quiet. It is extremely well equipped. There is free broadband wifi internet as well as a landline.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has access to a shower room with basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 has access to a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 is en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet.
The large living room is open plan with areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils & ample crockery. There is ample storage space and there's also a washing machine and tumble dryer tucked away out of sight.
The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glass, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable modern furniture with space for everyone. There is a digital TV/video which receives programmes in English and a CD player as well as books and games.
A huge window opens out onto the South facing terrace with good views to the ski slopes and the mountains beyond.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
