Prepare to be enchanted by these exceptional apartments. 69 beautifully designed mountain cocoons with 2 to 5 rooms, accommodating between 4 and 10 people. The smallest is 35 m2 and the largest is a spacious 120 m2 and each apartment comes with its own balcony or terrace.

The apartments offer a minimalist and refined setting, blending wood and stainless steel, combining elegance and functionality. They have been designed to provide you with a quality of life suitable for couples or families. All apartments include:

Resort / district

Le Grand Bornand is a wonderful all-year-round traditional mountain village based in the Aravis mountain range. 

You’ll find Le Roc des Tours in the village of Chinaillon, the smaller other-half that creates the wider ski area of Le Grand Bornand. This picturesque authentic mountain village dates back to the 17th century.

You’ll find a nice selection of shops and restaurants in the village. There is also a ski bus service that goes regularly between the two villages during the day and Friday evening (free for lift pass holders).

The ski area of the Grand Bornand offers 84km of slopes to explore and can offer something for everyone. And don’t forget ski or snowboard lessons, equipment rental, lift passes and transfers can all be taken care of by ourselves at OSC.
