Check-in: The key handover takes place on-site in front of the parking area between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM (please contact the reception a few days before arrival).

Check-out: Departures must be made before 10:00 AM.

Security deposit:

• €4000 for apartments between 120 sqm and 220 sqm.
• €4000 for apartments above 220 sqm.

Administration fee to be paid on-site: €60 per stay.

Tourist tax to be paid on-site: €4.40 per day, per person aged 18 and above (subject to change).
