Located on the 1st floor of the Armaillis residence, this apartment is in the heart of Tignes le Lac, close to stores, restaurants and not far to walk down the rue de la poste to the main Lac snowfront, lifts and ski schools (it is also practically opposite the drag lift "le Chardonnet" which can take skiers up to the Palafour piste, open depending on snow conditions, enabling you to ski back down to just over the road from the apartment). Dual aspect with a south-facing small terrace leading from the living room offering fantastic views over the lake of Tignes and the mountains beyond. Well equipped modern kitchen and dining area with ceramic hob, oven, 2 fridges, dishwasher, classic coffee machine and Nespresso ... Open plan living and dining room with TV, sofas, club armchairs, wifii. Entrance level has plenty of coat hooks, bench and storage as well as a washing machine and WC and shower room.

*Bedroom 2 with double bed in 160 cm,
*Bedroom 3 with double bed in 140 cm,
*Bedroom 4 with 3 sets of bunk beds & 3 single beds. Dorm style (9 x singles) the top levels only suitable for children 6-12yrs: please note for general comfort, the apartment should not exceed 10- 12 pax as there only 2 x WCs!

*1 ground floor with bath, sink, washing machine and separate toilet
*1 upstairs with sink and toilet
*1 en-suite with sink and separate shower in bedroom 1
