Practical information

Deposit: €500 per apartment (by credit card or check) must be paid when the keys are collected.
Tourist tax:
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment. However, the customer must leave the apartment in a suitable state and respect the following instructions:
- Put the furniture back in place
- Completely empty the refrigerator, wash and put away the dishes
- Empty the bins and deposit the rubbish in the correct containers provided for this purpose
Please note, there is no restaurant in the residence but you can enjoy communal lounges with fireplaces and a bar.
