Cancellation conditions in case of a health emergency due to Covid:
Due to the regulatory provisions put in place and/or likely to be put in place by States in the context of the fight against Covid-19, the following situations, listed exhaustively, may justify a cancellation of the stay by the Parties:
Closed French borders
Closed borders of the client's country of residence
Station closure and/or containment
In the event of confinement of the geographical area of residence of the customer, imposed by the authorities, preventing a displacement during the contracted rental period
Closure of international airports preventing customer travel during the contracted rental period
In the event of a cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund of the price paid for the cancelled service.
In the event of cancellation, the Parties undertake to transmit all the supporting documents necessary for the implementation of this clause.
The Parties acknowledge that this clause does not apply to other reasons for impediment.
